HY建筑公司企业文化建设研究

在当今新时代之下，HY建筑公司必须迅速提升自身的实力，努力建设属于自己独特的公司文化，这样才能在如今竞争激烈的当下保持快速的增长趋势。形成竞争性公司文化是公司成长与发展的关键环节。以HY建设的企业文化为例，对HY建设的企业文化建设问卷进行了调查，并对收集到的数据进行了分析。可以得出结论，HY建筑公司始终在关于自身文化的建设上存在无法跨越的问题。在建立企业文化的过程中，问题在于：在建设企业精神时，HY建设公司的企业文化精神并未在员工中普及，许多员工对企业文化的概念没有清晰的认识，导致HY建设公司。企业文化缺乏核心价值；在建设体育文化方面，有很多宣传方法，需要树立公司形象，系统文化就是系统文化。对于公司文化建设的理解不足导致了HY建筑公司对于企业文化如何建设存在巨大的认知不足。使得该公司在企业文化建设活动上常常趋于单一的活动，这导致了员工的参与性不高。针对这些存在的不足与问题，我们应该对此研究对策，例如通过对员工的针对性培训来使得企业文化建设加快脚步，在公司内部营造一种良好的交流交互的一种气氛。这篇文章通过建立强大的企业软文化气氛，突出当下HY建筑公司的关键建设特色，通过公司文化的各种措施来加大吸引大家之间的向心力，提高员工对于公司的向心力，提高员工对于公司的信任。公司竞争力的提高使得公司在各方面的提升，质量效率的提高中起到了强大的促进作用，使得我国企业文化相关的各方面的研究建设。同时也为其他不同企业的发展提供了一个参考。

Abstract

n today's new era, hy construction company must rapidly improve its own strength and strive to build its own unique corporate culture, so as to maintain a rapid growth trend in today's fierce competition. The formation of competitive corporate culture is the key to the growth and development of the company. Taking the corporate culture of hy construction as an example, this paper investigates the corporate culture construction questionnaire of hy construction, and analyzes the data collected. It can be concluded that hy construction company always has problems on its own culture construction. In the process of establishing corporate culture, the problem lies in: in the construction of corporate spirit, the corporate culture spirit of hy construction company has not been popularized among employees, and many employees have no clear understanding of the concept of corporate culture, leading to hy construction company. Corporate culture lacks core value; in the construction of sports culture, there are many publicity methods, which need to establish corporate image, and system culture is system culture. The lack of understanding of corporate culture construction leads to hy construction company's lack of understanding of how to build corporate culture. It makes the company tend to be a single activity in corporate culture construction activities, which leads to low employee participation. In view of these shortcomings and problems, we should study countermeasures, for example, through targeted training of employees to speed up the pace of corporate culture construction, and create a good atmosphere of communication and interaction within the company. This article focuses on the key construction features of hy construction company by establishing a strong soft cultural atmosphere of the company, and through various measures of the company's culture to increase the centripetal force to attract everyone, improve the centripetal force of employees to the company, and improve the employees' trust in the company.
