Based on the current situation of fierce economic competition, cost management has gradually combined with the value chain to control the cost in an all-round way. The competition of home appliance industry is no exception. With the increase of various costs, effective cost control is an important way to enhance competitive advantage. This paper uses comparative research, literature research and case analysis to discuss the cost management structure based on value chain analysis in detail, and points out the necessity and significance of implementing value chain cost management. Combined with the relevant data of JC company in the past three years, this paper makes a comprehensive analysis from the start supplier of value chain to the end customer of the internal value chain of the company, and puts forward new suggestions based on the theory of value chain for the problems existing in the cost management of the company, and implements the cost management mode based on the value chain in an all-round way to realize the long-term cost competitive advantage of the company.
