摘  要

我国社会主义经济的飞速发展，使得会计行业成为我国发展中重要的一个趋势。会计职业活动看似普通,确有着不可替代的地位,会计人员职业道德水平的高低直接关系到会计信息质量的好坏，而会计工作人员作为会计行业的主体，他们的执业水平的高低能影响到我国经济中的法律法规的执行程度、经济秩序的维护、经济水平能否快速发展的重要决定力量。会计工作人员的会计执业道德的加强是一个十分必要的任务，本次论文首先阐述了会计执业道德的含义和内容，再从我国会计执业道德的实际情况出发，进一步分析我国会计职业道德问题的产生的原因，通过分析产生的原因，提出相应优化的措施及建议，以促进会计行业可持续发展。

Abstract

With the rapid development of socialist economy, accounting industry has become an important trend in the development of our country.The accountant is the economic activity records of the subject, how to occupation moral level of accounting personnel, It is a big problem whether we can implement the national financial laws and regulations, abide by the economic order and promote economic development.It is an urgent and important task for us to strengthen the accounting professional ethics construction. This paper first introduces the concept and content of accounting professional ethics, starting from the current situation of accounting professional ethics in China, in-depth analysis of the reasons of China's accounting occupation moral problems and deficiency, and put forward corresponding measures and suggestions of optimization to solve these problems, in order to promote the sustainable development of the accounting profession.
