摘要

随着我国经济的进一步发展,我国国内的资本市场快速发展。根据当前的形势，我国的资本市场出现了一股中概股私有化回归的风潮。这是由于我国的资本市场历史发展所导致的。在早期阶段，我国的资本市场对于互联网企业有了诸多的限制，因此很多互联网企业选择在国外进行上市的方式，在当时中国的企业在境外上市吸引了很多的国外投资者的注意力。因此，在历史时期中国的概念股一度成为境外投资者竞相追捧的对象，但是随着经济的进一步发展国外的市场环境日趋激烈，境外上市的政策法律法规的不断的完善，在境外上市条件越来越严格。与此同时，很多互联网企业搭建的VIE构架模式逐渐出现了不断有风险的局面，同时，国内的互联网市场环境大好国家的政策不断向互联网企业进行听写国内的市场投资环境不断地回暖，因此出现了很多中概股回归的现象。这不仅符合我国市场经济的大格局，也能够促进国家的经济转型，推动我国经济体系的进步发展。

本文章通过对奇虎360公司融资以及融资进行的分析，主要了解360融资的现状以及存在的问题，通过对奇虎360。年融资的现状以及问题的分析为奇虎360公司融资提供一些相关的策略支持。同时通过对奇虎三六年公司的融资现状的分析，增加企业留存收益，增加股东的追加投资以及获得政府相关的资金支持为同行业的相关互联网公司提供相应的案例，促进行业的发展。

Therefore, in the historical period, China's concept stock once became the target of the overseas investors, but with the further development of the economy, the market environment of the foreign countries is becoming increasingly fierce, the policies, laws and regulations of the overseas listing continue to improve, and the conditions of the overseas listing are becoming more and more strict. At the same time, the vie framework model built by many Internet enterprises has gradually emerged a situation of continuous risks. At the same time, the domestic Internet market environment is very good. The national policy continues to dictate to Internet enterprises that the domestic market investment environment is constantly improving. Therefore, a lot of medium-sized stocks have returned. This is not only in line with the general pattern of China's market economy, but also can promote the country's economic transformation and promote the progressive development of China's economic system.
