Nowadays, the competition among enterprises is more and more fierce, which promotes the severe situation of talent competition, so that enterprises can recruit and transfer talents in large quantities, and contribute to enterprises. Scientific and effective recruitment system plays an important role in the market competition. This paper mainly studies the optimization of the recruitment system of Sichuan Migao food company's grass-roots employees through questionnaire survey, and analyzes the current situation and existing problems of the recruitment. In the recruitment of grass-roots employees, a complete recruitment system can enable enterprises to select employees whose development goals tend to be the same from many candidates and who are willing to develop together with enterprises. Therefore, the establishment of a scientific and sound recruitment system is conducive to dealing with the situation of talent flow and shortage.
