恒嘉融资租赁的财务风险分析

摘要

随着全球化趋势以及国内形势政策的良好影响，融资租赁已成为仅位于银行信贷后的融资方式。同时,其他问题也陆续出现，最明显的就是风险管控，在该行业高速运作的同时也需要提高警惕。融资租赁的性质和多样管理模式决定了该行业的复杂性，尤其是要重视对金融市场控制和企业管理模式的规范。因此，在达成中国融资租赁业稳定持续发展的基础上，首要任务就是建立有效且健全的风险管理体系。

本文是以恒嘉融资租赁集团有限公司作为案例，对该公司当下现存的财务风险管理机制进行考量和分析，并且针对各项问题发表相应建设性的对策。具体来说，首先论述了研究背景和意义，对目前现有的文献进行综述分析和介绍了所涉及的研究方法。主要采用Z-score模型分析法和财务指标分析法，针对我国融资租赁公司存在的内外部风险，提出建造风险预警和防范体系是很有必要的。以恒嘉融资租赁集团有限公司为案例分析对象，采用定性的风险管理分析，提出公司存在资金筹集渠道单一，租赁资产管理制度和风险管理系统框架不完善的问题。为有效应对财务风险，恒嘉融资租赁集团有限公司应建立人员管理系统，制定财务风险防控原则，建立资金运动过程中的财务风险控制系统。同时这些对策也可以帮助其他同类型融资租赁公司作出参考，有助于它们的良性发展和运营效率的提高。

Abstract

With the trend of globalization and the good influence of domestic situation and policies, financial leasing has become a financing mode only after bank credit. At the same time, other problems are also emerging, the most obvious is risk management and control. While the industry operates at a high speed, it also needs to be vigilant. The nature of financial leasing and various management modes determine the complexity of the industry, especially the regulation of financial market control and enterprise management mode. Therefore, on the basis of achieving stable and sustainable development of China's financial leasing industry, the first task is to establish an effective and sound risk management system.

This paper takes HENGJIA Financial Leasing Group Co., Ltd. as an example to consider and analyze the current financial risk management mechanism of the company, and to issue corresponding constructive countermeasures for various problems. Specifically, first of all, this paper discusses the research background and significance, summarizes and analyzes the existing literature and introduces the research methods involved. Mainly using Z-score Model Analysis and financial index analysis, in view of the internal and external risks of China's financial leasing companies, it is necessary to build a risk early warning and prevention system. Taking HENGJIA Financial Leasing Group Co., Ltd. as the case study object, using qualitative risk management analysis, the paper points out that the company has the problems of single fund-raising channel, imperfect lease asset management system and risk management system framework. In order to effectively deal with financial risks, HENGJIA Financial Leasing Group Co., Ltd. should establish a personnel management system, formulate financial risk prevention and control principles, and establish a financial risk control system in the process of capital movement. At the same time, these countermeasures can also help other financial leasing companies of the same type to make reference, and help them to develop healthily and improve their operation efficiency.
