Salary management is an important part of enterprise human resource management. In order to attract and retain high-quality talents and remain invincible in the world talent competition, Chinese enterprises must do a good job in salary management. Salary is a very sensitive topic for both enterprise managers and employees. The amount of salary is directly related to the labor remuneration of the participants, and will also directly affect the daily operation and development of the enterprise. Therefore, it occupies an important weight in the enterprise. However, as far as the current situation is concerned, there are still many non-standard and unscientific aspects hindering its development and growth in human resource management, especially in salary management.
This paper takes the salary management of magnesite company as the research object, starts with the present situation and development trend of salary management of magnesite company, analyzes the present situation of salary management of magnesite company by means of literature, questionnaire and field interview. Thus, the problems existing in the salary system and management of magnesite company are found, and it is concluded that a good salary management system is the best way to improve the work efficiency of employees. It is proposed to optimize the salary system and improve the salary management. Finally, improve the economic efficiency and comprehensive competitiveness of enterprises, which is the fundamental way out and inevitable choice for the sustainable development of enterprises.
