Abstract: : Ultraviolet curing is one of the fastest curing methods in the coating industry, films cured by UV radiation has the properties of high chemical resistance ,excellent physical strength and very good gloss.In this paper, the synthesis of modified polyurethane acrylates are the products of organic silicon polyol modified. Test results show that: the silane coupling agent successful grafted on urethane acrylates were on the product, dry time table, heat resistant adhesive strength, water has improved greatly.
In this paper, isophorone diisocyanate and hydroxyethyl acrylate as raw materials, first obtained by the reaction of modified hydroxyl isophorone diisocyanate, and then separately with low molecular weight polyether and amino silane reaction of polyether low Silane modified polymers and oligomers, this pre-polymer-based materials, and then, and bisphenol A type epoxy acrylate ester, a photosensitizer such as composite A new type of paint. The cured coating film for glass coating hardness ≥ H, 0 adhesion, abrasion resistance RCA 175g ≥ 300 times, coating appearance of smooth, flexible 1mm, gloss ≥ 90, good overall performance.
