Polyolefin masterbatch production process and its performance study
Abstract: This paper introduces the preparation of masterbatch production, mainly in dry and wet mixing; discussed a variety of polyolefin masterbatch to the plastics processing performance and its impact. In this paper, polyethylene resin as a carrier for example, film studies, including transmission, torque rheological properties, mechanical properties such as performance, a comparative analysis of several different formulations of the performance difference between the masterbatch; flow from the torque transmittance change from performance and film to discuss the processing temperature and dispersant content of the masterbatch and other factors in the effects of pigment dispersion; through a variety of mechanical properties testing, analysis of the masterbatch of the accession to the mechanical properties of plastics impact. Finally, the future of domestic and foreign research and development masterbatch prospected.
