Abstract:This article on the use of different pH, temperature, ionic strength, buffer composition and other factors on the stability of the glycine Iron chelate impact, with Method of continuous variations , a complex of the composition and stability constant . The results showed that iron chelating glycine in the most suitable conditions for pH = 5, T = 60 ℃, ionic strength I = 0.15M , phosphate buffer system for the system,the best ratio of 4:1,stability Constant 68.00 ± 5.00mol-1 •L.
