Abstract: In order to obtain polycarboxylate superplasticizer with high dispersion and fluid—holding property,the synthesis method of polycarboxylate superplasticizer was studied.The polycarboxylate superplasticizer was synthesized by esterification reaction and polymerization using acrylic acid,methoxyl-polyethylene glycol,maleic anhydride and sodium methallyl sulfonate as raw materials.Some factors influencing dispersion of the product were analyzed .The results show that the change of factor of monomer, the reaction temperature, the initiation dosage, the chain transfer medicinal preparation, reaction process and so on, results in the different of dispersion and fluid—holding property of polycarboxylate superplasticizer. Compared to MPEG1000, the MPEG1300 series polycarboxylate superplasticizer obviously is good; Reaction temperature 65℃ is appropriate compared to 80℃; The increase of chain transfer agent can obviously improve polycarboxylate superplasticizer; The MPEG2000 monomer can enhance the product performance by the way compared to the way; the influence of the appropriate initiator amount used to improve polycarboxylate superplasticizer is very big.
