Abstract:In this paper, when Methyltrichlorosilane Alcoholysis, adding a certain amount of water, use of the product of alcoholysis hydrogen chloride and water to form hydrochloric acid to catalyzed polymethyl methacrylate alkoxy silane alcoholysis directly in the formation step was polymethyl methacrylate alkoxy silane, to shorten the synthetic route, to reduce costs. On this basis, a detailed study of the effects of temperature, water, heat preservation time on the reaction of chloride ion removal and viscosity. In addition, the paper also studies the effects of dimethyldichlorosilane on the membrane hardness and adhesion.And finally get the satified performance.
