Subject: The Research of 10KV Single-ended Protection Ddevice Base on PLC(Hardware)
ABSTRACT
China's power industry, as the country's most important energy industry, has been in the priority development status, Power for the development of enterprises is also eye-catching. Power system for the rapid development of protection have made new demands, which will enable the relay to rapid development.
Programmable Logical Controller (PLC)is a device that contains many advantages of co- mputer and relay, such as convenience for using, stable in practice, smaller volume, it was widely used in the industry area, and it is becoming a very useful device in power system ,too. Three-phase current protection is 10 KV lines to protect the more commonly used method of protection. This paper first introduced the three steps to protect the basic principles and the connection mode. This was followed by the setting calculated in accordance with the principle of derivation of the three steps to protect the value of action, sensitivity and setting time limits and other content. Then design and production company based OMERON CPM1A-40 in a line protection devices, the last line simulation software and hardware through 10 KV lines to achieve a single-ended power supply network of three steps to protect the current action trial.
The experiments show that this design study by the Three-phase current protection device, a reliable action, selectivity better, more complete functional characteristics, so that it can protect the paragraphs coordinate with each other, have a certain prospect.
