The design of the agglomerate waste heat recovery system base on the Quantum PLC
Abstract
Metallurgy industry is a trade whose energy consumption is very great. A great quantity of residual heat is taken away with discharged waste gas in some metallurgy equipment, and at the same time a great quantity dust is discharged. Therefore not only a great deal energy sources are wasted, but also the environment is polluted. Therefore, the recycling using of the agglomerate of cooling waste gas afterheat is the important action of environmental protection and energy conservation consumes falling. So the system is worthy of generalizing. This design mainly introduced that the control system which based on Quantum the series PLC agglutination afterheat recycling installment. This system mainly contains PLC system, measuring appliance, electricity knowledge configuration software, and so on. In this design, the principle, flow sheet, automatic control and application result s of the production of steam from waste heat in waste gases out of sintering circular - cooler are discussed,and forecast the using effect and the economic efficiency after running. The position machine used the MCGS configuration software to build computer control interface, the lower position machine was controlled by the Quantum series PLC automation platform. Fixed electrical and the examination technology to completes the heating of water and the steam transportation, water was used to recover afterheat of vapor’s superheat. The MCGS software based on the Windows platform, which is set by the Beijing Kunlun Mountains that develops the automated software company, was used to structure the production and build machinery supervisory system of the configuration software system fast. Quantum is the first general automated platform which Schneider Electricity Company promotes in the world. It has large-scale handling ability on control system.
