高压水射流机器人切割系统电气控制设计 WATER JET FLOW CUTTING AND ELECTRIC MACHINE DEIGN
Abstract
The AWJ cutting technique is currently used in a wide variety of in--air industrial cutting applications。since the process is a cold cutting process,it does not create a heat--affected zone。With the development of ocean exploitation,AWJ cutting in underwater begin to be studied as a new way of process under the water。
Water-jet cutting system based on phased intensifier and open numerical control system was designed. The hardware structure and working principle of this cutting system and phased intensifier are described, and the cutting head automatic height adjustment system based on the eddy current type transducer was designed. The determination methods of cutting speed are introduced. The phased intensifier employs a constant pressure variable capacity pump to provide power, the compressed air to push piston back。Through the further on the flow chart of phased intensifier’s working states the control system of a phased intensifier is designed based on PLC ,which can control the two individual pistons in the phased intensifier to move .back and forth repeatedly in precise cycle .The controlling program for PLC and its function are given.
High-pressure water-jet cutting machine combined with robot cut workpiece with complicated shape accurately .Industry robot with six degrees of freedom IRB2400 .The robot controller accomplishes system administering and workpiece cutting ,serving as the controller kernel of the workstation This paper discusses the structure of cutting program and cutting process of car dash board. It is proved that this system work stably, with good cutting quality and high production efficiency.
