The Design and Implementation of Oil Hydrogenation

Abstract: In the petroleum production process, hydrogenation is a very important step. However, the traditional way of regulating the reciprocating compressor wastes energy and has slow control rate. HydroCOM control technology now is used to realize the stepless regulation of the gas compressor according to the actual needs of hydrogen, achieving the maximum energy saving while the traditional control methods could not reach the same control function. The basic working principles and structure of the HydroCOM system are described in this paper. This system is embedded in the CS3000 control system and ultimately accomplishes the stepless control of hydrogen. Using HydroCOM system, the energy-saving effect is remarkable. It is also effectively achieve the purpose of reducing loses and improving efficiency. Combined with its outstanding practical application results in the field of energy-saving, HydroCOM system is an advanced technology which should be widely introduced.
