Abstract
This article the warm examination as well as the temperaturecontrol has conducted the research to the vegetables company in.Myself use 8,098 monolithic microcomputers in the design to carry onthe control to the resistance furnace thermal process. The usethermo-element transforms as the temperature sensor the hot signal theelectrical signal, the electrical signal process enlarges again,inputs CPU again after the a/d conversion. The controller uses the PID control algorithm, the temperature controlprinciple is leads through the adjustment crystal thyratron passes thetime to adjust heats up the host return route the active voltage, thusachieves the temperature control the goal. The system by 8,098monolithic microcomputers, the temperature sensor, the A/D switch, thekeyboard and the display circuit, the crystal thyratron triggers theelectric circuit and so on the controller which is composed and iscontrolled the object resistance furnace to constitute a closed-loopcontrol system. The systems control procedure uses the modular design structure,mainly includes the master routine, the severance service subroutine,the control algorithm subroutine and so on. The system uses zero totrigger and so on the technology, has omitted the traditional D/Atransition element, simplified the electric circuit, and enhanced thesystem reliability.
