摘 要
摘 要:本课题主要研究基于数字采样法的工频电参量系统的设计,主要功能包括电流、电压、频率、相位、功率因数、有功功率、电能、无功功率等的测量。
随着国民经济的快速发展,对电力需求越来越大,电作为一种重要的商品,也越来越受到人们的重视。本系统可作为电力部门收费和用户付费的依据,应用范围非常广泛。
本课题文主要研究了用Σ—△A/D转换器和 DSP处理器对工频三相电压、电流进行数字采样,再用数字低通滤波器实现对三相电参数进行测量的测量系统。系统采用并行数据通信总线实现与计算机系统通信的功能,并对通信的输出数据类型进行了定义。

Abstract
Abstract:This thesis studies a measuring system of three case electricity parameter based digital sampling method. Its function includes the measurement of current,voltage, frequency, phrase, power, factor, active power and energy, reactive power and energy.
With the rapid development of economy, the requirement of electric power
is getting more and more, and electricity plays a more important pole as a comodity. This system will be extended to use for paying standard.
This measuring system of three phrase electrical parameter is made of Signa-Delta A/D converter of six channels and DSP.It is provided with function of others computer system's communication through parallel bus,and the types of output dataclass are defined.
