Abstract
To prevent accidents and improve production efficiency in industrial production Three- impulse water level system of the boiler is a very important position. Three- impulse water level system of the boiler mainly regards the water level of the boiler, steam variable and supplying water variable as controlling variable impulse water level system built on the basis of one- impulse le. Three- and tow-impulse is a relatively mature control method. This designing uses the water level sensors LUGB to detect the water level of boiler, and uses the flowing sensors LM1042 to detect the steam variable and supplying water variable. The Output Signal converts to Digital Signal by the A/D converters 0809, and the Digital Signal inputs to SCM 0831, finally uses the PID algorithm to control the control valve. The System can real-time display the water level and set the water level. The system can issue Warning Signal when the water level exceeds a set limitation as to the staff handle accidents in a timely manner to avoid. The whole system is simple and practical, and it can display real-time and have set water level, it is a higher utility boiler feed water control system.
