This paper introduces the design of digital DC speed adjusting system based on single chip microcomputer. The 8 one-chip computers AT89C52 be used to realize this system. This system is finished to the controlling amount, accuse of target variable go on sample and inner loop electric current controller operation, external loop speed controller operation and realize the brilliant floodgate is in charge of the digital trigger, adjust the speed to that the direct current motor carries on figures. The system uses the single chip microcomputer to adopt PI algorithm to control, has reached the precision of control higher in rotational speed to the motor.
The present paper altogether divides into five chapters: First chapter elaborated the digital control characteristic and the method, as well as double closed loop static and dynamic analysis; Second chapter elaborated the overall concept determination and the design of hardware electric circuit; Third chapter elaborated the design of the Loop electric current and the Loop speed controller; Fourth chapter elaborated the design of the thyristor digital trigger; Fifth chapter elaborated the control system software design; Fifth chapter elaborated the development language and the tool synopsis.
