Abstract: This paper has intruduced a temperature controlled fan, which based on the single-chip microcomputer control system design. Ingeniously used SCM tech- nology, SCR technology, temperature and sensor technology, software technology.
The hardware system uses AT89C51 as a microprocessor,and uses the DS18- B20 to probe the indoor temperature and timely and displays the current tempera- ture ,The system uses the current temperature to control the SCR, and achieves a temperature of the fan speed control. The software system take up a modular design program which is make of the main program, keyboard handling program ,timming program ,tem- perature display program, system monitoring program.the control and adjustment of Motor program. In this paper,it has intruduced main circuit de- sign at the core of the AT89C51 and software design,and it have focused on the temperature relevant program and given means and how to design of the relevant program and related program flowchart.
The system have put the intelligent control into practice in controlling house- hold electric appliances. it uses software technology for controling fan of the speed and shutdown, and many functions used software to achieve, so as to enhance the anti-jamming performance and stability.
