Abstract
Many production site equipment production lines are used to produce a variety of products, and the output of the product at any time statistics. The issue is a response to this production needs time to a microcontroller as the core device of a display system to achieve the production line on the production of statistics and display.
In practical application, the production statistics for the class production team, production lines in the terminal, the installation of a photo detector device, when each product through the device, it will generate a photoelectric pulse, delivered a Microcontroller Count and then by a count of LED digital display. Each production a product that increases the number 1, until the end of a class production. This classes to achieve a total output of the show. In this paper, the concept of SCM and its related principles, and then on the actual system design, the basis used in the 8031 and 7 of the digital design of the production line, output display system. Achieved the following functions: (1) using SCM as the core device, constitute a production line output statistics system. (2) in paragraph 7 with four digital dynamic display of the middle classes of products (not more than 10,000). (3) the provision of a few switches in mind, when production started when the home HIGH switch, the system began keeping statistics on production and dynamic display of class, when the switch at the low end home and several that cleared value, output in designated storage classes reserve unit.
