Abstract
In the paper,the wireless monitoring system is designed with the existingBluetooth module,which based on Bluetooth technology.Advanced technologyof wireless and close quarters transmission is used dynamic ECG telemonitorsystems which make the large volumes of data transmission from wire intowireless,and it is real-time,portable.The portable controller which are carriedby patients can continuously record physiological parameters of heart,and in thecollection of data,it also transmits data to the analysis workstation for dataanalysis and processing.It has very important clinical value in the protection ofpatients.
In terms of hardware,through the data collecting systems,the PIC micro-controller.The processed ECG signal is sent to module of Bluetooth transmission through RS232,In PC,Bluetooth module receive signals real-timely through receiving module,and transmit signals to PC through RS-232.
In term of software,to PIC micro-controller control,data collection,A/D convertion programed in assemble language with faster running-speed;To PC control,a display software of ECG data programed in visualization language VB,and it increases analytic function,which can determine whether the heart is normal through the waveform of ECG.
An ECG characteristic points detection algorithm and 50Hzfrequency digital filter was proposed for MCU.The system adopts wireless testing technology,so saves the complicated connecting-wire.It's very easy for the operator,and saves the use of space.There is a good market prospect for the application.
The system is a try of Bluetooth technology in medical telemonitor systems.As is known,Bluetooth technology have a good market prospect in application ofwireless personal communication at present,but the medical field is rarelyapplied.Through the testing of this system,speaking volumes for that applyingBluetooth technology to wireless telemonitor is feasible in medical telemonitorsystems.
