Although many companies depreshed in the financial crisis of 2008, and some of them become insolvent, the online market was not affected, but rase and become an important economic growth point of the gross domestic product of 2009. At the same time, with the rapid development of the Internet in China, the number of Internet users and popularization of Internet growth characteristics, structure, and the corresponding change greatly. It is a top priority to identify the potential population from the large enterprises, and analyzes customers’s psychology and behavior characteristics. This paper will analyz the network consumers in psychology, and then point out that the government, enterprises and individuals must actively adopt corresponding measures to influence the online consumer psychology and behavior to promote the development of online economy.
