Enterprise through e-commerce can save a lot of time and money, and improve management efficiency, improving product and service quality, increase business opportunities, so as to achieve the purpose of improving the core competitiveness.
This paper develops from the following aspects. First of all,it gives an introduction to the concept of core competence, its characteristics, its compositions, the current status of electronic commerce in the enterprises in China, and also its competitive advantages. Second, by combined with the characteristics of e-commerce, we come to the way to improve the core competitiveness of the companies. Finally, through the study of the case, we know the importance of the core competitiveness of the enterprise.
