摘 要

 Internet迅猛发展，它在许多领域扮演着越来越重要的角色，互联网正在飞速改变着人们的生活，它充分参与到通讯、娱乐、商业贸易、办公等各个方面。现在，随着互联网中Flash动画、Java语言、动态HTML、多媒体音视频等技术的应用，Web页面变得更加生动和精彩。
 迁安联钢轧一联成钢铁有限公司是集烧结、炼铁、炼钢、轧钢为一体的联合钢铁企业，属天津轧一制钢集团公司经营。该公司网站是集公司概况、新闻中心、产品信息、招聘信息、企业文化、党建园地、留言板和论坛为一体的多功能网站。主要作用是企业形象宣传、企业产品推介及客户员工与企业间的沟通平台。
 在设计之初， 先对网站的设计进行了需求分析和可行性分析。对建站目的、文化建设、党建建设、信息发布建设和交流平台建设进行了需求分析。详细的调查了公司的需求，深入了解客户群的需要。可行性分析从经济可行性、技术可行性、时机可行性、管理可行性、和开发环境可行性多个方面考虑扎一网站设计制作的可行性。
 系统设计阶段，从网站功能简述开始，对网站的功能进行简要描述。然后是系统功能模块的设计，对网站的整体设计思想进行表述。最后是数据库设计、E-R模型和创建数据库。
 系统实现阶段是设计制作的主要阶段。作者对主页面、信息发布模块、站内导航、和留言板进行设计制作。其中信息发布模块包含对信息的浏览、编辑、修改、删除和管理。是一个功能强大的管理系统。
 最后，作者对系统进行了系统测试，归纳了系统特点，进行了总结，并在最后附加了光盘使用说明。
