摘   要
     审判委员会是我国法院审判组织体系中的一个重要内容，也是我国司法制度中的一个颇具特色的制度。当前，随着司法改革的逐步深入，审判委员会制度面临着现代司法理念的冲击。研究审判委员会的现状有利于客观认识和评价我国的司法体制，有利于推进司法改革的顺利进行。本文介绍了审判委员会的概念、任务和性质，通过分析审判委员会制度现阶段存在的问题，在指出该制度改革的必要性的同时，进一步探讨了其具体的改革进路。

On the reform of our country’s judicial committee systems
Abstract
    In our China’s court justice organization systems, judicial committee is an important content, and it is a rather unique systems in our China’s Justice systems. At present, with the gradual deepening of judicial reform, the systems of judicial committee faced with the impact of modern judicial philosophy. Study the realistic status of our China’s judicial committee is conducive to understanding and objective eva luation of our China’s judicial systems, and conducive to promoting the judicial reform smoothly. This article introduces the concept, nature and duty of judicial committee. Through analysis the problems of judicial committee systems, to point out the require mend and need for reform of the systems, at the same time, to further explore and study the concrete approaches of reform.
