摘    要
      著作权是一种民事权利，侵犯著作权的行为属于民事侵权范畴。著作权侵权行为是未经著作权人的同意，又无法律上的根据，擅自对享有著作权的作品进行利用或以其他非法手段行使著作权人专有权利的行为。著作权侵权行为随着时代进步而日益增加，本文通过介绍著作权及其侵权行为的概念，侵权行为的构成要件、类型、法律特征以及法律责任，使得读者对著作权侵权行为有一个比较初步而大体的轮廓，

Analysis of copyright infringement
Abstract
 Copyright is a civil right, copyright  infringement of a tort areas. Copyright infringement is without the consent of the copyright holder, without legal basis, without authorization on the enjoyment of copyright works for use or other illegal means to exercise the copyright holder exclusive rights. With copyright violations and increasing the progress of the times, the paper by introducing the concept of copyright violations and, constitute violations of the Elements, type, features and legal liability for copyright infringement makes readers have a preliminary outline of the broad.
