Abstract:With the continuous progress of social economy, competition among enterprises is increasingly fierce.The survival and development of enterprises have gradually changed from simple resource advantage to talent advantage, and human resource advantage has become a key factor in the competition among large enterprises.In recent years, efficient, efficient and targeted campus recruitment has been gradually recognized and applied by major enterprises.Whether campus recruitment can recruit employees suitable for their own enterprises has become an important link in the work of major enterprises.This paper takes the campus recruitment of jingdong mall company as the research object, based on the enterprise's development goals and the current situation of human resources, and combined with the human resources management recruitment and training and other relevant theoretical knowledge to analyze and discuss.In addition, measures to solve the problems encountered by jingdong mall in campus recruitment are proposed and improved in the future development, so as to provide reference for the design and application of campus recruitment schemes of peer enterprises.
