Abstract
At present, the building of a conservation-oriented society has become the country's basic national policy, has become the consensus of the whole society, it also has become the consensus of colleges and universities. Colleges and universities share resources and large energy consumption, saving potential. College brings technology, the best talent , train sets,the task of education together, we should advocate the topic of wind energy, energy conservation and responsibility to do that to make work effectively in the management of energy-saving measures and technical measures. Hydropower is indispensable to an important material for college teaching, research and student. Safe and reliable water supply is a bounden duty ,is one of the important work of stability to ensure that teaching, research and student.
Colleges and universities not only supply a safe, secure and reliable, but also make full use of historical data on electricity consumption, use the advanced management techniques, information technology, timely, comprehensive and correct to provide the supply of information and knowledge and play a positive role for the building of a harmonious college, reducing electricity consumption and decreasing the cost of education. This paper detailed the status and characteristics of the power management of colleges and universities, detailed the status of power management of Shenyang University of Technology from the organizational structure of power management, the power management process, the power management system and so on, comprehensively analyzed a number of problems in the power management of Shenyang University of Technology from the three aspects. Impress on management theory and energy-related knowledge aiming to the status and problems of the power management of Shenyang University of Technology to explore the way of integrated power supply integration and intelligent of management information systems from the five aspects of the scientific and rational planning and design of the campus, promote the use of energy-efficient new technologies, new products and new technologies, innovative management practices, electricity refinement process management and measurement devices in place, and to provide a scientific basis for decision-making for the allocation of resources to optimize the power supply system, energy-saving efficiency of decision-making.
