企业组织结构再造

摘要
 
 企业的组织状态不仅影响着企业的行为，也间接决定了企业生产经营绩效的高低。一个良好的企业组织会在保持现有业绩的基础上，更以一种独特的协作关系使企业内的各个组织紧密结合在一起，从而推动企业的不断进步。
 文章通过对组织结构相关理论的研究探讨，同时参阅了大量的组织与组织结构管理方面的书籍和案例，结合采油机电企业发展现状，对葫芦岛龙源采油机电设备有限公司现有的核心业务与组织结构进行了分析。在此基础上，对公司提出了具体组织结构调整的方案。

Abstract

 Enterprise's organization condition not only affects enterprise's behavior, it also decides the height of the enterprise’s production operation achievements indirectly. A good enterprise organization can make each organization of the enterprise unify together by one kind of unique cooperation relations in the foundation of maintenancing the moment achievement .thus impetus enterprise's unceasing progress.
 The article analysis the existing core business and the organizational structure of Huludao longyuan extraction electromechanical device limited company , through the research and discussion to correlation theory of the organizational structure, and simultaneously referred the massive of  books and cases about the organizational structure management, union the present situation of extraction mechanical and electrical enterprise. In this foundation, proposed the concrete organizational structure adjustment plan to the company.
