摘    要
 技术创新是近年来管理科学界的一个研究热点，被认为是一个正在兴起的研究领域。而对纺织行业技术创新的研究比较少，因此本文以孔店织布厂为实例研究技术创新。
 论文主要包括以下四个部分：第一部分，论述技术创新的概念、特征类型与其微观结构分析，技术创新机制的内容及其相关理论观点；第二部分，介绍我国中小企业技术创新的现状并提出对策建议；第三部分，研究孔店织布厂技术创新的现状及问题分析；最后，通过对孔店织布厂技术创新障碍因素的研究，提出相应的技术创新的对策建议。

Abstract
 In recent years, management innovation is a hot topic in scientific circles, is considered an emerging field of study. The textile industry, fewer studies of technological innovation, so this paper Kong shop as an example of weaving factory technical innovation.      This thesis includes the following four parts:Part 1 discusses the concept of technological innovation,feature type and its microstructure analysis,technology innovation content and related theoretical perspectives;the second part,in-depth study of technological innovation in China and Countermeasures recommendations; third part of the study of Weaving Factory Kongdian Status and Problems of Innovation; the end, weaving through the hole shop factory Technical Innovation in the research, corresponding countermeasures technology innovation.
