Abstract
Knowledge economy and the advent of the information age, which enables manufacturing enterprises, are facing serious challenges. The HELI Company which mainly in machinery is also facing the arrival of the information ages this test. How in the increasingly fierce market competition wins, can efficient use of the enterprise resources (including the external resources), providing enterprises with high-quality and low-cost management. It is the reason which the HELI Company implements the ERP.
This paper studies the HELI Company. It focuses on the implementation of ERP in the process of the problems encountered and the HELI Company to resolve the relevant issues.
At first, this paper outlines the definition of the ERP, ERP core management thinking, ERP management features and ERP system introduction. What’s more, this paper also introduces brief the significance which the enterprises implemented the ERP.
The second, this paper analyzes the ERP implementation of the HELI Company, including the company's brief and the company's internal ERP implementation.
At last, this paper discusses the HELI Company in the process of ERP implementation problems encountered, such as managers thinking on the issue, company employees to a lack of understanding of ERP systems, the structure of human resource, the company management of infrastructure is not strong, data management issues, the problem of the implementation .And six of these problems which are mentioned in beginning of article were analyzed.
Finally, from the problems encountered by the HELI Company, it focuses on the countermeasures which the HELI Company resolves the problem which implements the ERP.Company managers can understand well the company's implementation of the ERP through the analysis of the ERP preparatory group in company. Staffs change stereotypes through education of staff. Training the talents who are integrated. Establish a good basis for the management. Improve the basic data information. Choose a suitable system and the implementing partners. The HELI company in able to implement successful the ERP through the above measures.
