Abstract
Enterprise staffs are important compositions of the enterprise human resources. Could give full play to staff role in enterprise's production and management, it is enterprise that could gain important factor of success one of among market competitions. Want abundant staffs function fully arousing the enthusiasm of staff, initiative and creativity. For this reason, enterprises must set up the incentive mechanism with rational science.
The present paper to the Chinese ancient times drive thought and the Western scholar's content, the process, the behavior revised the drive theory to carry on the summary; its goal was for the company staff drove the mechanism the establishment laid the solid rationale. Then, the paper has carried on the analysis to the company staff's drive present situation, discovered the company in the staff to drive the aspect existed the question, namely the salary structure system not science, the spiritual drive plaque deficiency, and to had the problem the reason to carry on has gone into seriously.
