Abstract
Compensation Management is an important part of modern enterprises management. In a sense, it is the most important part. But in a long time, many enterprises in our country still continue the traditional human resources management to man’s management. Compensation is still a experience management. Compensation Management increasingly become a important manage bottleneck of restricting the developmental of enterprises. As the Business Department approved、the government of Guangdong province established the only plastics electronics exchange in the whole country, which is the key construction of staple commodity’s electronics exchange platform, and GDPE(Guangdong plastics exchange)described as ‘the head market of Guan Dong province’ in 2006s. After the development of two years, it still has some problems, such as low labor efficiency, bad products and service’s quality, low work initiative. How to strengthen the Compensation Management of enterprises, and bring along the work initiative of staff, which are the key question for enterprise’s manager at the moment.
This thesis outlines the stimulation theory relating to the Compensation Management, by analyzing the basic situation of Compensation Management that GDPE are facing, point out the reason in Compensation Management , promoting the countermeasure of Salary System .
