 摘 要
 
 陕汽集团中层管理干部是陕汽集团发展的重要力量，起着联系公司高层和基层员工的纽带作用，其综合能力如何直接影响企业的发展和壮大。
 论文运用问卷调查、胜任力素质模型分析等研究方法，对陕汽集团中层管理干部综合能力现状及存在的问题进行分析，发现中层管理干部综合能力已经不能满足企业快速发展的需要，急需进行综合能力的提升。本文从企业呼吁优秀管理干部的紧迫性入手，结合企业现状，对陕汽集团中层管理干部综合能力如何提升问题进行了研究，得出：中层管理干部综合能力要从提升个人素养、锻炼综合能力、形成优秀管理习惯三个方面进行提升。
 本文提出的陕汽集团中层管理干部综合能力提升方法在陕汽集团得到了运用，并坚信只要持之以恒，学以致用，理论联系实际，就能造就勇于担当、敢于创新、富有活力的新型干部，同时为其他国有企业干部能力提升提供参考。

 Shaanxi Automobile Group, middle management is the development of Shaanxi Automobile Group, a major force, playing contact senior and junior staff of a link, its comprehensive ability to directly influence the development and growth.
  The use of paper questionnaires, analysis models of competence quality research methods, Shaanxi Automobile Group status of middle management and comprehensive ability to analyze problems and found that middle management capacity can not meet the comprehensive needs of rapid development company in urgent need of a comprehensive capacity improved.  Shaanxi Automobile Group, the proposed comprehensive middle management capacity building method was the use of Shaanxi Automobile Group and firmly believe that as long as the persistent, apply their knowledge, theory with practice, you can bring up the courage to play, innovative, dynamic new cadres, while Cadres of other state-owned enterprises to upgrade reference.
