Personnel System of Our Government ABSTRACT Since the establishment of New China, our government's personnel management system has been the use of the civil service system. In recent years, some local governments have adopted in China in a foreign country has been more mature form of poly only system of government employees. On the one hand, this system is favorable to the Government inhalation professional personnel, such a change in government personnel management system and the innovation-driven mechanism of our government use the reform process. The other hand, in our system of government employees, the Government's employment mechanism is still in the exploration and the pilot is a stage, the lack of a comprehensive law to protect and constraints. There are many bottlenecks in our country fully implement the system of government employees. In China the government personnel system reform of the road, should constantly improve the legal mechanisms to enhance the daily management of government personnel to improve the quality of government personnel, improve the remuneration system，and so continued to make efforts and to explore.
