摘 要
现阶段,对中国的广大中小企业来说,企业的质量管理制度和体系不完善,员工的质量管理知识缺乏,质量管理意识和责任感缺少,质量管理工具不熟悉,日常的生产现场数据采集统计缺乏等,是他们提高质量管理所面对的最大问题。在过去的十几年中,计算机的飞速发展是有目共睹的,特别是各种质量改进任务的专用软件大行其道,当然还有互联网。很多企业将电脑视为得力助手,使很多工具程序摆脱烦琐细节。尽管如此,首先还是要对工具有足够的了解才能设置相应的电脑程序,才能理解和处理电脑提供的结果。基于此,本文以湖州巨人机电有限公司为例,利用常用质量管理方法和工具与计算机软件相结合,用来检验制造企业工序加工状态是否发生异常,工序能力是否充足等,对企业进行质量改进,提高质量管理水平。
