摘 要
 近几年来，连锁企业在我国取得了迅速发展，成效斐然。它作为一种现代化的商业模式和组织形式，在我国具有极强的生命力和广阔的发展前景。作为连锁企业核心技术之一的物流配送技术，是连锁企业的基础和重要保证。物流配送是社会生产力发展到一定阶段对物流提出的客观要求。连锁企业离不开配送，配送是实现连锁经营规模效益的关键因素。目前我国连锁企业的物流配送体系的发展仍然处于初级阶段，仍存在着许多问题，现行的配送方式相对落后，这些对我国连锁企业的发展造成了巨大障碍，严重制约了连锁企业规模效益的发挥，已成为连锁业发展的约束。我国连锁企业发展过程中，当务之急是提高连锁企业的经营效益和降低连锁企业物流配送的成本。
    本文从研究我国连锁企业物流配送的发展历程和现状出发，分析连锁企业物流配送的特点，论述了连锁企业与一般企业的物流配送的区别，指出当前连锁企业物流配送面临的主要问题是：经营管理落后，统一配送效率低，物流配送尚未形成规模，配送不合理等。
 针对连锁企业物流配送面临的问题，本文分析了连锁企业物流配送模式以及简要介绍其配送方式。本文探讨了四种模式：企业(集团)内自营型配送模式；单项服务外包型配送模式；社会化的中介型配送模式；共同配送模式。着重研究各种配送组织模式的特点，比较分析了各种配送模式的优缺点，并探讨了不同的配送模式适合于何种连锁企业。
 企业的经营效益涉及到企业的成本和服务之间的关系，本文提出了“二律背反”的观点，通过研究企业物流配送的成本和服务之间的冲突，找出其间的平衡点，实现合理化的物流系统，即“有效率的系统”，也就是连锁企业物流配送的策略：以尽可能低的物流成本达到尽可能高的物流服务水平。
 连锁企业在我国发展的时间还很短，论文主要对连锁企业核心技术——物流配送做了研究和讨论，这些研究将有助于我国连锁企业物流配送提高经济效益，降低经营成本，并朝着物流合理化的方向发展。

CHAIN ENTERPRISE LOGISTICS DISTRIBUTION STRATEGY ANALYSIS

ABSTRACT

 In recent years, the chain enterprise in China has made rapid development, achieved remarking success. And as a modern commercial mode and organization pattern, chain running has vigorous vitality and prosperous feature. Logistics delivery is one of core technology for chain running, and it is guarantee and foundation. Logistics delivery is the absolute need of a certain stage for social productivity. Chain running is need of logistics delivery, and in turn, delivery is the key element for realizing chain scale benefits. Today logistics delivery system is stilt in elementary stagy in China, and the delivery pattern falls behind comparatively, which prevents the development of chain enterprise and its scale benefits, it’s already becoming a constraint of developing for chain enterprise. So, promoting the benefit of chain enterprise and lowering the cost of logistics delivery has been a big problem.
 This paper studies the logistics delivery's developing actuality and its regularity from chain enterprise in China, Analyzing the characteristic of logistics delivery and tell the discrimination of logistics delivery and commercial communication. At the meantime, it also illustrate the major problems of logistics delivery, lagging management, deficient efficiency of together delivery and scale benefit, unreasonable delivery and so.
 As for the problems logistics delivery of chain enterprise facing, this paper analyzes the organization mode and delivery mode. This paper discusses four delivery operation modes: enterprise (Group), the self-type distribution model (build their own distribution center); single-service outsourcing delivery model (TPL commissioned); the community-based intermediaries distribution model (direct vendors Distribution); collective delivery mode. The text focusing on studying the characteristics of various delivery modes, comparatively analysis the strengths and weaknesses of various distribution modes, and explore different modes suitable for what chain enterprises.
 Running benefits of enterprise are in relation to cost and service of enterprise. This paper points out the concept of  "one regularity contrary to the other", through studying the conflicts between cost and service, and finding the balance to realizing rational logistics delivery. That is to say "a efficient system" ——logistics delivery strategy of chain enterprise. In other words, getting acceptable logistics service level from the lowest logistics cost.
 In China, chain enterprises’ development of very short time , this paper discuses and studies logistics delivery of chain enterprise core technology——logistics delivery, which will help promote the economic efficiency of our logistics delivery, reducing cost and proceed with rational logistics delivery at last.
