In china, the majority of third-party logistics enterprises transform from transportation enterprise of commercial, material, transportation and grain department during the planned-economy period. They are partitions severity, lack of integration, intensive advantage for turning management isn’t obvious, and the scale efficiency is hard to carry out. And in great degree, the enterprise lack of more scientific internal management system, lack of organization management capacity, a waste of resources is serious and the organization operating on a state of disorder. The small and medium enterprise wide-spread exist some problems, such as the character of employee is low, the knowledge constitutes absurdity, the talented person is short of and lack of innovation capability and so on.
How to optimize and the improvement, causes the enterprise operating costs to be lower, the most effective measure is from enterprise’s scene management aspect to obtain. First of all, this paper describe the important role of strengthen scene management and several practical significance of scene management. Then introduce the domestic and foreign research present situation, concept, basic mission and basic methods in detail. Finally, combine the actual situation of scene management in YUANDA Logistics Company, through the analysis of its flow to find out the existing problem and to improve it. Mainly from the implementation of 5S at the scene, flow optimization, training and improving the quality of staff to do some research into such areas.
