Chain operation as a modern business model and organizational forms in the country's socialist market economic system, has strong vitality and bright prospects for development. It machine both industrial production and commercial characteristics of the two traditional areas, commercial enterprises operating in a decentralized, adopt modern large-scale industrial production in their production practices, and achieve business process standardization, centralized, professional and simplistic. However, all this needs to achieve a strong logistics and distribution system to support, with production and circulation enterprises, the restructuring of the rapid economic development and the strengthening of competition in the market. Logistics and distribution industry will be more and more importance to social development of the logistics and distribution of higher demand; this requires the establishment of a more advanced, scientific logistics system.
This paper introduces the basic chain management theory and modern logistics distribution system, further understanding of China's chain management and logistics and distribution system of the overall situation, the analysis of the international distribution system characteristics, shows that good distribution chain enterprises in the important role and the development of chain advantages, rational distribution chain operations to improve the way ideas and countermeasures in response to the current trend of development chain. Finally, a case that the above theory in view of the reality.
