在21世纪的今天,传统的库存管理已经跟不上企业的发展趋势。自从20世纪90年代供应链概念产生以来,供应链管理得到长足的进步。上下游企业的关系从交易演变成合作,进而发展联盟及供应网络,从传统以利益博弈(此赢彼损),转变到以信任为基础的风险共担﹑信息共享的利益共同体,依赖合作降低供应成本,实现双赢。但在实际中。供应链管理是一个渐进的过程,企业难以在短期内从低级发展到高水平的供应链管理。所以一定级别的供应链管理需要与之相适应的供应链库存管理模式
本文结构如下,第一章概述了库存的定义,库存的必要性和意义及国内外研究现状。在此基础上第二章分析了传统库存管理策略和供应链环境下的库存管理策略及两者之间的比较。第三章结合真实企业,介绍企业现状,分析企业中存在的库存问题。利用前面介绍的各种库存策略,第四章根据企业的内部及外部状况和存在的问题,给出合适的库存管理模式。

So the supply chain management of certain Class appear with it mutually adapt of the management style of the supply chain inventory.
