Since internatioonal trade came into being,the way of it has been coninuously improved and promoted wih the debelopment of science and technology.A typical chatracteristic of the new economical ear is E-commerce on internet.The E-commerce tends to internetize the international trade.Comparing with the traditional trade, E-commerce has taken an advantage of the paperless transaction,low cost,fast speed, easy handing.It has become an important way in the international trade.As a large power under the challenges of E-commerce,China should face the pressure,seize the opportunities and make self-adjustments so as to catch up with fast transformation of E-commerce.In addition,China should develop the E-commerce vigorously and take initiative in the trade competition.
This article is to introduce the implementation of E-commerce in international trade,to analyze the characteristics and comparative advantages and to point out the necessities of developing China’s E-commerce in foreign trade area.Based of analyzing the situation of debelopment and impementation of E-commerce home and abroad,this article accounts present problems in China’s international trade and E-commerce and offers some proposals from the following thress aspects,cultivaing the inernet market、promoting the practice of E-commerce for the international trade and perfecting the Chinese legal system.
