ABSTRACT
At an early state of development of international trade,relation between labour problen and intrenational trade has not caused wide public concern all over the world.Today,propelled by fast-growing economic and trade cooperation among coutries in the world and trade liberalization so as to make us mutually beneficial cooperation and vigorously strengthen economic .They are generally conducive to world economic development.However,the economic development does not always together with social progress and enhancement of people’s living standards.The difference of economic development level of all countries is fairly big then benefits enjoyed by different countries form the process of economic globalization are not balanced,so the clashes and contradictions have been born,such as human rights and the widening gap between the richer and poorer parts of humanity.It is against this background that labour problen and intrenational trade problem happen and become the point at issue on developed countries and developing countries.Whether to come out an international labour standard comforming to one principle,atandard,since benifts differ from one country to another,this problem may be become the discussion problem of the new round of multiateral trade negotiations.Since preparedness ensures success and unpreparedness spells failure,the develoning countries must in-depth investigation and study of actual conditions and solve problens in the light of the realities in our own conditions.
