Nowadays, with the development of society and technology, people increasing pay much attention to protect environment. “Green Consume” has become a kind of vogue and the strategy of sustainable development also has become a theme of economic development for many countries in the world. Under that background, some developed countries , for exam ple, EU, America and japan, relying on their advantages of technology,
build green trade barrier including environmental protection laws,safe hy
giene standard, green making attestation etc. and establish restrict policy
to market entry. On the one hand, the emergency of the green trade barri
er plays an important role in protecting ecosystem balancing, on the other
hand, becauce internantional social trade protection rise, the traditional tr
ade barrier of the tariff, quote, persuit etc. weakens gradually, green trade
