The financial crisis gradually go away, while the influence to China and to the world is hard to describe. However everything has two sides, though it brought us a lot of damage, it also take us some opportunities. In order to have a whole overlook at the influence the financial crisis bright on China, we should take a comprehensive analysis of it. The direct impact is the export trade, since a international market downturn will affect the consumers’ purchasing desire, as last reduce Chinese export. The improvement of Chinese export trade situation can promote the domestic economy. So it is necessary and has a strong practical significance to study the influence on export trade which brought by financial crisis. This paper analyzes the characteristic of Chinese export trade before financial crisis and its impact on the international market, international trade friction and employment situation, summarizes the opportunity of export trade is to restructure the market ability in the financial crisis period, through the means of foreign direct investment to promote the foreign trade career. Meanwhile study these opportunities and analysis how can Chinese government make good use of these opportunities in order to find a suitable exit for the future path of China's national conditions.
