We usually feel confused about how to call others appropriately,what makes us in an awkward position. It can be defined as "appellation dilemma"when choosing a weighing appellation word . It’s the opposition and conflict of new cultural concept and the past cultural concept,also the new interpersonal relationships and the past international relationships,which reflect on appellation word,instead of a simple problem about form. The fundamental cause of "appellation dilemma" is the contradiction of the equidifferent principle and emotional principle. The best way to solve "appellation dilemma" is a new culture construction of culture and value system. I explore a series of problems such as the relfect, reason, direction and method to solve the dilemma through text reading and digital resource sharing and based on past research,make examples and analysis from the signification of both language and culture in this paper .
