Synthesis And Token Of The New Polysulfide Rubber MonomerAbstract
In this paper, a new type of polysulfide rubber main means Thiokol liquid. Liquidpolysulfide rubber is an important special type of synthetic rubber. According to incompletestatistics, the world's liquid Thiokol's annual production capacity of about 37,000 tons. Liquidpolysulfide rubber producers are not many, mainly concentrated in the USA, Germany andJapan and Jinxi Chemical Industry Research Institute can produce in our country.
Currently, Thiokol is more use dichloro-ethyl-Formaldehyde for monomer to synthesize,this paper, main purpose is to develop a new liquid polysulfide rubber monomerdichloro-diethylene glycol (or triethylene glycol),for an alternative to conventional Liquidpolysulfide rubber monomer for synthesis of new Weatherability good liquid Thiokol.
This experiment focused on the process conditions of Triglycol dichloride, analyze theimpact of factors such as the catalyst, reaction time, reaction temperature,reaction distillationunit and so on.The result shows that, the optimal condition are follows: 200ml Triethyleneglycol and catalyst used 6gA,1gB, in the high-pressure reactor, the control of reactiontemperature 130℃, 0.7MPa pressure,slow access to hydrogen chloride gas reaction 8h,coarse products decompression separation in the distillation tower,recycling use residual liquidthree times,and finally the yield of produce is over 84%.
The technology studied in this paper, the material was easy to get and low cost, with asimple process, synthesis of environmentally friendly and the yield is high.
