The Separation of Resin C from Chemical-alcohol
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to separate the main components from the chemical-alcohol by-products. The resin C of alcohol-product is consisted of organic and inorganic compounds. The organic compounds include organic acids and alcohol. The inorganic element is mainly sodium. Many methods, distillization and extraction, are utilized to isolate the resin C. Through distillization, the component from 110°C to 120°C is just obtained. For extraction, lactic acid and other organic acid can be obtained, and then the lactic acid can be puritied.
