Research of Nano-hydroxyapatite/PVA / Gelatin composite materials
Abstract
This paper studies of the compound hydrogel Preparation and Characterization,hydroxyapatite is a typical biological materials,has an excellent biocompatibility and biological activity, with close integration of bone formation. Biocompatibility tests prove that a large number of hydroxyapatite non-toxic, non-stimulating,not allergic reactions, not mutation, without hemolysis. Does not destroy biological tissue and formation a solid combination of chemicals with bone, is a useful application of artificial bone and dental materials. In this paper, prepared nano-hydroxyapatite / PVA / gelatin hydrogel material by the solution blending . Determination of the moisture content of the materials ,used TEM, SEM, EDAX, IR, XRD and combustion experiments analysis the structure of the material characterization,and study of the absorbent material. Results showed that the preparation of the composite hydrogel composition of homogenization, the interaction between the group and have good water and water conservation performance. This study of the nano-hydroxyapatite / PVA / gelatin composite hydrogel can be used as an artificial cartilage material.
